Here am I buddies...after a while. Wasn't connected with virtual (or real???) world for some days..! Virtual or real isn't a dilemma for me anymore..the real thing is that which nature offers you and I'm in the lap of nature...
Posting this from Thimphu, a beautiful town and capital of Kingdom of Bhutan..
The Motorcycle expedition took off from Bagdogra...the heart of Gorkhaland in WestBengal...which is now busy accomplishing the most important democratic duty....the Elections.. En route I came across the board towards "NaxalBari" the small village vibrant monument of a violent socialist outbreak..which shattered India and the tremors are still on...
The next day we passed through lush green tea estates of Jaigaon... The greenary soothes your eyes and your mind...especially if you are from draught hit areas..
The night stay was supposed to be a cool one...however earthquake tremors added some spice to this cool thing...and here starts the adventure..
The next day rises with a lazy start...and some government formalities took much more time than scheduled....By evening we started marching towards Paro... The night ride was a thrilling...chilling thing...cold breezes along with rain showers and forests of a foreign land ....one can imagine the situation... But this is the land of lovely people..the resort guys gave us a warm welcome in real sense and lovely food at midnight...
The next day as Prince and Princess of England were scheduled to visit Tiger's Nest, we the Prince and Princesses of neverland have to reschedule our trekk..
However the stress test of climbing on the monastery in the photograph... hanging in the middle of the mountain, only monks and god know how they have built there....was completed successfully...For me it was a test but fir many athletes among us it was a sprint..real hatts of to them...
Travel gives you experience...bike rides give you joy of life.. you connect with the weather, local people and to every aspect of new land....!
